Ruslan Stepanov on kultuuriakadeemia vilistlane ja etenduskunstide osakonna õppejõud.

Ruslan Stepanov lõpetas Tartu Ülikooli Viljandi kultuuriakadeemia koreograafi, tantsija ja tantsuõpetajana 2002. aastal. Perioodil 2002–2012 töötas ta teatris Vanemuine tantsija ja koreograafina. Aastatel 2012–2014 oli ta Saksamaal Görlitzis Gerhart Hauptmanni Teatris tantsutrupi Wee liige. Alates 2014. aastast tegutseb Ruslan vabakutselise tantsukunstnikuna peamiselt Eestis ja Saksamaal ning on üks etenduskunstide osakonna õppejõude.

Ruslan Stepanov is an alumnus of the academy and a lecturer at the performing arts department.

Ruslan Stepanov graduated from the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy as a choreographer, dancer and dance teacher in 2002. Between 2002 and 2012 he worked as a dancer and choreographer at Vanemuine Theatre. From 2012 to 2014 he was a member of the dance company Wee at Gerhart Hauptmann Theater in Görlitz, Germany. Since 2014, Ruslan has been working as a freelance dance artist mainly in Estonia and Germany and is one of the lecturers of the performing arts department.
